Please note that an article may be published in Procedia CIRP provided the following criteria are met:
- an author/presenter has REGISTERED for the conference
- the article has been presented IN PERSON during the conference
- articles that are not recorded will NOT be included in the Proceedings published by Elsevier
- Papers that are not presented IN PERSON (even if they are registered) will NOT be included in the proceedings without a refund
- Registration for authors and papers closes on 28 September

* To be eligible for the preferential student rate, you must be a full-time Master’s or PhD student at an accredited university. You must submit a copy of a valid form of identification (student card or official letter) via the online registration system.
Registration fees include:
- For scientific participants:
- Access to all sessions
- All official documentation, including the proceedings and the programme booklet
- Lunch on 10, 11 and 12 March
- Coffee breaks (daily)
- Welcome drinks on Tuesday 9 March 2026
- Cocktail reception on 10 March 2027
- Gala dinner on 11 March 2027

The welcome drinks reception will take place on the Arts et Métiers campus in Aix-en-Provence.
The cocktail reception and the gala dinner will take place at the conference venue:

Terms and Conditions
All payments must be made in euros (€ – EUR) by credit card via online booking or by bank transfer. Neither cheques nor cash are accepted.
Confirmation
Once full payment has been confirmed, participants will receive a confirmation email. Please present this confirmation at the reception desk at the conference venue.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Your registration must be confirmed by payment; otherwise, it will be rejected.
Any requests for changes, cancellations or refunds must be made by email to: lea.digiacomo@mcocongres.com
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
- More than 60 days before the first day of the event: 100% refund of the amounts paid.
- Between 59 and 30 days before the first day of the event: 50% refund of the amounts paid.
- Less than 30 days before the first day of the event: No refund.
In the event of the event being postponed, or the in-person conference being converted to a virtual conference, your registration will automatically be carried over to the new dates or the new format, with no refund.
